- Payment data: Payment transactions are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card details.

- Send you transactional emails (e.g. welcome email, ad expiry notifications).
- Process payments for subscriptions and promotions.
- Analyse Platform usage to improve our services (via Google Analytics).

Under the NDPR, we process your data based on:
- Contractual necessity: To provide the services you signed up for.

- Supabase — our database and authentication provider.
- Cloudinary — for storing and serving images you upload.
- Paystack — for processing payments securely.

- Law enforcement — where required by Nigerian law or a valid court order.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Row Level Security (RLS) on our database, and secure authentication via Supabase. Jeshurun is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
